Maids contract needed

Since June of 2008, we have a live-in nanny/maid in our household. Given that we are approaching one full year of employment with her in our household, we would like to draft up a formal contact with her regarding her duties, obligations and our responsibilities towards her (including vacation time, Christmas gift, health insurance, etc).
Does anyone have a contract/agreement in paper with their maid/nanny that can pass on to me (photocopy or e-mail) or even an outline of something similar to a contract, so we can figure out how to draft one of our own for our maid/nanny?

Thank you,

Joanna

Looking for someone to repair porcelain

I have several antique Wedgewood blue and white demitasse cups with handles that have been knocked off. I have the handles but don't want to simply glue them back on.

I once heard that in Caracas there is a person or a company that mends porcelain. Does anyone have a phone number of that place and/or experience with it so it can be recommended?

Daily Care-giver needed

Some will recall hearing about Iris Connell. She is the one hundred two (+) year old lady St.Mary's Anglican Church, in San Roman, has been trying to care for her in the church guest quarters for the past year.
We have need of a day-care person to come in and be with Iris from about 8:30 am until about 3:30 pm.
Iris' parents came to Venezuela from Barbados in the 1890's, settling in the gold-mining community of El Callao. Iris never married, has no children and has outlived all her brothers and sisters and their known families. Iris is not bed ridden, but she does exhibit some senile dementia. Otherwise she has a lively mind and loves to have someone sit with her and read the Bible especially The Psalms (some of which she knows by heart).
Iris needs assistance bathing and in other matters related to care of an elderly semi- invalid person.
All leads and possible contacts would be most appreciated and should be sent to this e-mail address: mitchelllake@yahoo.com

Many thanks.
